Privacy Policy
Updated October 30, 2026. This notice describes how the community features at Jesus.army handle the information you choose to provide.
Information you provide
Membership applications, member profiles, volunteer-interest forms, contact messages and event attendance entries are stored in this website’s database. The information collected depends on the form you use and may include your name, email address, profile details, interests and message. Community applications and profiles may reveal information about your faith. Please share only what is needed for your request, and do not send confidential legal, medical or financial records through these forms.
Private records and public profiles
Authorized site staff use submitted information to review applications, administer community participation and respond to requests. Submitting an application does not automatically publish a member profile. Profiles remain private until publication is chosen and the profile is eligible to appear. Public contact details and downloadable contact cards require a separate public-contact choice. Portraits are delivered only after the platform checks the profile’s visibility.
Information you choose to publish can be viewed and copied by other visitors. Withdrawing a public profile removes it from the site’s public directory, but cannot retrieve copies already saved elsewhere. Contact messages and volunteer-interest submissions are not public directory entries.
Storage and your requests
Automatic retention periods have not yet been configured. Submitted records remain stored until an administrator deletes them. The platform includes tools for exporting and erasing personal records. To request a copy, a correction or deletion, use the Contact page and describe your request. The team may need to verify that the request concerns your information before acting. Contact messages are stored for staff review; submitting a message does not guarantee an immediate response.
Site operation
WordPress uses cookies for signed-in sessions and account preferences. The community forms use temporary validation tokens and an address-derived rate-limit identifier to help prevent repeated automated submissions. Website hosting and email systems may also process technical information needed to operate the site. This notice does not promise anonymous browsing or that no technical logs exist.
Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review those practices before providing information there. If the community adds new services or changes how these features handle information, this notice should be updated to reflect those changes.
